New independent agency offers free one-on-one help during Connect for Health Colorado open enrollment, Nov. 1 to Jan. 15

FORT COLLINS, CO, UNITED STATES, November 2, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Grove Benefit Advisors, an independent health insurance agency based in Fort Collins, has opened to help Coloradans choose coverage during Connect for Health Colorado's open enrollment, which runs from Nov. 1, 2026, through Jan. 15, 2027. The agency helps individuals, families and small employers compare plans, check eligibility for financial help and enroll in coverage that fits how they use care.

This year's open enrollment carries higher stakes than usual. Individual-market premiums will rise about 10% on average statewide in 2027, according to the Colorado Division of Insurance. Cigna is leaving Colorado's individual market at the end of 2026, so more than 40,000 Cigna members along the Front Range, from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, need to choose a new plan. New federal rules also change who qualifies for financial help in 2027.

Grove's licensed advisors meet with clients by phone or video at no cost to the client. Plans cost the same whether someone enrolls on their own or through a broker, and Grove is paid by the insurance company.

"A lot of people are going to open a renewal letter this fall and not like what they see," said Tina Price, founder of Grove Benefit Advisors. "If your carrier is leaving or your premium just went up, don't let it roll over and hope for the best. Call us. We'll go through your doctors and prescriptions, show you what each plan really costs, and still be here when you have a question in March."

Grove Benefit Advisors helps clients with:

- Individual and family plans through Connect for Health Colorado, including checks for premium tax credits and Colorado's state financial help
- New plan options for Cigna members whose individual coverage ends Dec. 31
- Group health, dental, vision, life and disability coverage for small employers
- Year-round help with claims, renewals and life changes

Coloradans must enroll by Dec. 15 for coverage that starts Jan. 1. To book a free open enrollment review, visit groveba.com/book-appointment or call (970) 840-1250.
